'After working within the fine dining secter of hospitality for a good number of years, I came to the realisation that what I really loved was helping guests create that extra special occasion. Whether it be a birthday, anniversary or just a date night, I loved being part of it.

I also found that my passion really lay within wine. How it is made, why different wines taste different, basically anything that I could learn about wine, I did. This understanding and passion allowed me to undertake my WSET exams. I am currently at Level 2, doing my Level 3 in the new year. 

What I love about wine is the memories and events that people attach to it, which is why I started Tempus Vinum, to allow restaurants and guests to find that perfect list or bottle to help create memories that last a lifetime.'
